Has there been a time that you poured your thoughts and feelings out to the Lord as demonstrated in Psalm 102? What can you share about your experience? 2. Notice that in the psalm there came a turning point where he began to praise and extol God. Then he brought up his unchanged situation again in verse 23. How do we deal with our circumstances not immediately changing after prayer and praise (while we wait for God)? 3. The psalmist talked about God’s power, eternal nature and how He would exist even if the walls of Jerusalem fell. How does God’s sovereign and eternal nature relate to us and what we are going through?
